On December 21 or 25 we are entering that very special time of the year where the twelve “rough nights” — and their corresponding days — afford us an opportunity to thoroughly clear things of the past and lay a solid foundation for what is to come.
This year, take advantage of that powerful time and let the life-building, body-building dynamics of the Twelve Organ Function Energy get you off to a powerful start, provide deep house-cleaning and a solid basis for new steps.
Each day you will work with only one of the twelve function energies: it will be all you do any time you apply self-help that day, and you will focus your attention on the flows “topic” or job. Make sure to journal intensely about your experience in applying the flow and about any thoughts and emotions it may bring up. The following day will be dedicated to the next flow in line with equally exclusively. In going through the flows day after day, please follow exactly in the “order of creation”, i.e. the order in which these functional energies arise and build the body. For this, there are two possibilities: You may know the organ function energy already, in which case you will find their order and the hand steps of the flow in your textbook 2; Or you are just getting to know this powerful energy family: the second video below will tell you which flow to do on what day, what its general topic is and what quickie to use to harmonize it.
Wishing you FUN and strength and good experiences — and please do share your experiences with us in the comment section below!
Here comes the video containing all the “quickies” for the 12 organ function energy. Please note that each flow can be applied on both sides. The video only shows one side of each (revised and updated version of January 10, 2018) :
excelente,muchas gracias desde Caracas,Venezuela
all best wishes for your lovely understanding of jsj…thanks patricia nyc
With the energy driving each function, I was more grounded in my experience of each hold. As always, you provide a unique understanding of JSJ which has helped me to expand my experience of giving it and receiving. Especially wonderful ding these hard nights.
Thanks for the motivation. I often take the books with me on holidays and have good intentions. This is encouraging a lovely way to meditate and become more familiar with the organ flows. Had a good time with the lung and large intestine. Your title “Take home what you have encountered” . I am still pondering it not sure I’ve got it. Another lovely learning tool thank you.
Dear Denise, you are so welcome and… the sentence about large intestine may make more sense in the context of the story in the first video! And it isn’t the be-all, end-all sentence about this flow of course. It’s just that dimension of fully reaching out into life with lung and then consolidating, appropriating in a sense, what we’ve reached out for and found. Hope this helps!
Many Thanks Matthias for Your JSJ Work available to All with Love and Kindness
Seasons Greetings and a Happy New Year
