To feel is an important key to working efficiently with Jin Shin Jyutsu. To feel is an important key to a way of being with the Art that doesn’t remain purely technical. If I want to feel another – their state of being, their “safety-” energy locks, their energy flow – I need first and foremost to feel myself.
This three-day workshop is all about listening in to myself. Through simple tools it sets out to unfold everyone’s ability to experience themselves in their own body, in their own attitudes and in touching.
Simple elements of movement will be included which require no previous knowledge or aptitude. After all, nothing is more natural and more common than to move and to touch.
It is recommended that in the days preceding the workshop, participants consciously observe everyday gestures and chores: which are the things I touch often, which are the ones I recognize by touch? In what kinds of movement do I sense myself, which do I enjoy? Such observation of everyday gestures will help “demystify” the topic of feeling and help us “be the fun”.
